Tuesday, December 13, 2022 - Drank for Anniversary dinner with Alex at Xiquet.

Fantastic wine. Opened up very Cheesy, funky but developed into a ripe fruit character with lots of mineral character. First time ever having the Pecorino and definitely a fun wine to try.
