Saturday, September 2, 2023 - Last bottle, PnP. Similar to the last bottle two years ago. On the nose lemon and fresh herbs, no signs of mature notes, fresh and dense with a nice bitter note and a long finish. In a good spot, will most probably not improve with further cellaring but there is also no hurry to empty the last bottles (if there are any left).
