Saturday, June 20, 2009 - excellent, velvety, lots of red and dark fruit, medium body; ready for drinking. this bottle was drunk at 14/15 degrees celsius; recently I have tried these wines (and e.g. bandol wines from Tempier) in combination with seafood instead of red meat like rack of lamb. we enjoyed it greatly, a new experience.
