Saturday, May 8, 2021 - Part of a virtual wine tasting. Light straw color. Nose is more restrained than I would expect. Fruit is more pear, apple and nutty tones with an underlying wet stone. The palate is off dry with light fruit, nice minerality and acid structure. Not up to the typical Selbach-Oster Kabinetts.
