Wednesday, December 9, 2020 - Drank over two nights, first night it was decanted for an hour.
Color: Thick red/purple oil.
Nose: Cherries, blue currant, chalk.
Was still a little hot after an hour in the decanter, settled in nicely. medium body, medium+ acid. Lighter than I expected, tastes of red fruit, pepper, prune. Medium/long finish. I enjoyed it more on the second day, very smooth. I have another bottle, will be waiting another 2+ years.
