Wednesday, June 12, 2019 - A spatlese with a little more sweetness than I have typically found in other spatlese, leaning more towards an auslese like quality. Not bad but not great, needed a little more acidity to hold it up. Drink a few degrees colder than normal to balance it out a little further.
