Monday, August 17, 2020 - Closing down hard. Some scents of peaches and honey. Flavour wise I get some sugar, but not anywhere near as sweet as some make it to be. I’d personally pin this as about half as sweet as the average Moscato. Months ago there were tons of apricot, pineapple and mango for the scents and a pleasing acidic kick to it. Not so much now. It will be great- just give it at least 6-8 years!
