Thursday, October 25, 2018 - I was lucky enough to secure 2 cases of this in allocation. Way too young I know but I always like to drink one (to test if delivered OK) before locking the rest in long term storage. This only really came alive on the 3rd day (as expected for a wine this young that’s built to age). 3rd day: Rich dark berries, black cherries, uplifting thyme, with white pepper finish. Silky smooth with lovely puckering tannins. See the rest of you in 15 years! Something to look forward to.
