Friday, February 23, 2024 - Last minute call up to accompany a Keralan lamb curry. Started slightly chilled but warmed up in the glass. Fully ripe Kent strawberries with some freshly ground black pepper on the nose. Some hints of Morello cherry too. Palate is also ref fruited with some refreshing acidity and lovely light, dancing texture. The time in bottle has added just the slightest hint of tertiary development. Just the job.
