Saturday, September 16, 2023 - Popped and poured shortly before dinner was served and followed over two hours. Pale ruby color. Aromas of cherry, sage and underbrush. There are also hints of warm spice and tart red berry fruit as well. Medium bodied, with flavors of cherry, red currant and something a little riper, more generous, but not overdone. There is also a really nice mineral streak as well.
