Saturday, January 1, 2022 - New Year's Day Double Blind Tasting (Atlanta, GA): Tasted double blind. Dominant red fruit profile with a sweet Cabernet finish. However, the structure/tannin tipped me off that this was a Super Tuscan vs. a new world cabernet. I called it Solaia while others called it Sassicaia. We were all wrong, but at least we were close. This is a young wine that needs more time in the cellar.
