Sunday, April 30, 2023 - Long weekend drinks: Thought this was a 2014 Echezeaux. Usually not a fan of Bouchard’s reds because of their excessive oak use and density but this was lovely. Perfumed nose with good lift, made in the post-modern style that focuses on elegance and aromatics, but well-managed to avoid any candied notes.
