Friday, February 2, 2024 - A rush of vanillin-tinged wild strawberry, cherry and victoria plum introduces the suave nose. There are hints of charcuterie, sous bois, liquorice… maybe even gamebird. Rich, sappy and harmonious, but carried off with a sense of elegance and fragrance. After an hour or so, tightens, loses tension and takes on a blocky feel. From 375ml. 92+
