Thursday, July 16, 2015 - such a wonderful dessert wine that pairs well with crime brûlée and fruit compote. Spicy enough acidity to have the sweet pitted fruits that are blended with mandarin orange and all things of heated sugars from butterscotch to toffee. Really was a value in this vintage. Too bad it was my last bottle. My last Guiraurd as well.
