Saturday, April 30, 2022 - Opened this at New Ubin Seafood (Tampines) over dinner with my family and sister-in-law. We had green dragon vegetables, crispy brinjal, cai po kway teow, seafood hor fun, har cheong kai, ribeye steak with fried rice and wedges, and butter cream crab.

Wine was decanted for 1.5 hours before serving. Ripe red berries on the nose and palate with some toffee, herbs and green notes. Unmistakeably Italian, made with Bordeaux blend.

Good, but not impressive. Probably needs more time in the bottle to mature or decanter to open up.
