Thursday, December 25, 2003 - Deep ruby with lightening around the rim. Aromas of cassis, wood, herbs and ripe fruit. The texture is rich, full bodied and slightly chewy. The finish is nice with a hint of spicy dark fruits. No hurry to drink, it should last and probably improve another 15-20 years.
