Sunday, March 18, 2018 - This is a wine I have tasted many times over the years. The inconsistency always makes we weary. Tonight we got a good bottle. Decanted and revisited over 1.5 hours. Classic Lynch Bages nose, closed up for a while then showed some lovely green pepper notes on the nose followed by the lynch Bages tool kit of pencil shavings, mint and wonderful black fruit. Lovely wine.
