Monday, May 14, 2018 - At Hide, 85 Piccadilly, from the excellent list, with veal sweetbreads.

Good but not outstanding. The 1983 Pichon Lalande trumped it by a big margin. Light nose developed during meal, maybe some bottle variation, but thought it could have and should have sung better. Classic, all-together-showing-the-right-things claret, but would have liked another to compare and contrast. I was surprised to only give it a solid (proper) 92.
