Friday, March 11, 2016 - 2 hours in the decanter. Solid nose, raspberry, cranberry, chocolate, leather, paper, white pepper. The mouth feel is silky and lingers. Unfortunately the fruit has faded. The flavour is rasberry, pepper and the tanin lingers just long enough to let you know what could have been. If there was a touch more fruit, this would be good for a few more years and could have been truly great, as it is I agree with all the other commenters, drink now. A very pleasant drop with the right red meats, worth the time and space to cellar.

3/11/2016 2:41:00 AM - After another 2 hours in the decanter and glass, strong cassis and tobacco flavours emerge. I will hold onto my bottles and drink over the next 1-2 years.

8/24/2017 10:01:00 PM - I have 3 left & want to keep them down for another 5+ years & i think it has the legs in it. I might open one in a year or two to see how it's going though.
