Tuesday, August 29, 2017 - Pale salmon/orange colour really stands out - pure Pinot noir from 1er discouraged Jan 2015. Lots of almonds and oxidised aromas on pouring and fresh in mouth. Needs lots of air to integrate and eventually the wine shows much more fruit (raspberry) and sweetness. Classy now but will become spectacular in 10yrs! Hold to 2025, but based on experience this may not peak until 2030! 96pts now with potential for 98pts in 10yrs. 96-98pts.
