Saturday, December 2, 2017 - Yellow with a slight pink tinge. Forward aromatics of honey, herbs, and strawberry. Full, minimal dosage, vibrant red and black fruit with tremendous crushed stone and an unending finish. Fantastic Champagne which will last a few decades since it is built like a red wine.
