Friday, October 23, 2020 - My last bottles, has been through disgorgements 2014, 2015, 2016 and this 2017 most complex of them all, 2005-2010, Pinot Noir.Deep golden color, in the beginning mostly a lot of apples different kinds, later , sherry notes and marcipan, afterglow is still some apples Belle Boscop almost like apple tart, with an acid notes, amazing Champagne, great for this day.
