Saturday, June 4, 2022 - January 2021 disgorgement, 2014 base (I believe). Really beautiful, elegant, nuanced cuvee. Delicate red fruits, some ginger spice, coppery color in the glass. Perhaps his most subtle cuvee? It opened slowly over 2+ hrs and it worked really well at the table (I think that Selosse's wines should really only be drunk with food) with a variety of flavors. Will have years ahead.
