Thursday, December 3, 2015 - Decanted for about 1h in Ridgewood with friends. The cork was a pain to extract, and the ullage was just below the bottom of the neck, but I need not have worried. A lovely earthy bell pepper nose. On the palate cedar and mature red fruit. Smooth finish. A beautiful mature Bdx. Paired with ribeye and brussel sprouts. My favorite wine of the evening.
