Friday, January 27, 2023 - Intense sweet red berry aroma (cherry, strawberry, raspberry) with secondary notes of herbs, dried flowers, and smoked meats. Rich red cherry, vanilla and cola flavors with a blueberry finish. Also some unique citrus and clementine notes throughout. Perfectly balanced richness, acidity and tannins.

Starting to show a little age but needs more time if you want tertiary character. Tons of backbone remaining - no rush here. Hold.
