Wednesday, February 24, 2021 - A favorite of the 2017 vintage from the many Nickel and Nickel single vineyard Cabernets. A deep purple garnet hue. Wafts of crushed stone, leather, and sage romance the nose. Opens rapidly with complexity and balance with blackberry, plum, and a distinct dusty dry earthy minerality throughout. A gigantic Cabernet that will stand the test of time. 94 points.
