Tuesday, February 15, 2022 - Floral, with a roasted meat quality, dense and pure. Fresh dark berry, aromatic herbs, with a juicy, concentrated, salinity. Deep flavors that are complex and layered. Acids are bright and support the richness. Hard to argue with it.
