Wednesday, January 8, 2020 - Nice aromatic riesling, quite a bit of residual sweetness but also quite good acidity. Ripe fruit, pear, apples but also some mango and pineapple. Good stuff (although I actually liked the cheaper Faß 12 better; with more balance between sweet fruit and acidity) ! drink or hold.
