Friday, February 20, 2015 - this bottles best days were several years ago despite good cellaring. brownish brick color, light around the edges. has developed a funk on the nose that wouldn't dissipate with time. Flavor profile was flat. Will have to drink remaining inventory very soon or perhaps use in a sauce for body.
