Wednesday, January 30, 2013 - Well this is a pretty and highly proper bottle of Bordeaux. A gorgeous nose of tobacco and cherry moves to a lean, taut and elegant palate. Salty and screaming of mineral. Prior bottles have been more generous than this one, but this is still wonderfully poised and balanced. I am not 100% sure if this is fading or just a slightly shut down bottle, but I have a feeling that there are still plenty of good years ahead for this wine.
