This was backed up with a dense, tannic beast that obviously has legs to go the distance. Several hours later, the wine has settled and while the olive and green pepper flavors are stil there, the wine is smoother and moer enjoyable. A future increase in scoring will be based on the result of the green streak fading. Will the fruit last?
