Friday, June 17, 2022 - Had with a foie gras topped filet. Just paired perfectly. I will argue this is a near perfect example of a traditional top Napa cab - still fruit forward enough to absolutely scream Napa cab but complex enough to be something special. Finish is long and smooth.
