Wednesday, April 15, 2009 - At first I thought this bottle might be slightly off or very mildly corked (I'm not very sensitive to TCA) as there wasn't much on the nose right out of the bottle and there was an odd, slightly "stale" aroma. However, after about 30 minutes, it was gone and wonderful notes of citrus, white fruits, and some toasty oak (just enough) showed. Nice mix of minerality and acidity. Well balanced and a very nice compliment to the crab cakes.
