Saturday, August 14, 2010 - of course, 2 years later ( I had predicted a year and it would be background noise) the oak is still prominent. I admit it, I was wrong. However, this has more minerality than a lot of American chards...had this at that amazing restaurant in Chilhowie called Townhouse.
