Saturday, April 19, 2008 - A very medicinal nose with hints of turpentine... Later one more of the classic butter popcorn and orange peel develop. Palate has more of the same, butter, popcorn, lemon and other citrus components with good sharp acidity on the finish. There is a bit of oak and alcohol that I can detect on the finish, but I'm resolved to thing this will be taken care of with proper time.
