Thursday, March 23, 2023 - This has aged nicely and is finally showing some interesting flavors. Quite tart and acidic but with a bit of creamy lemon curd emerging and a saline, limestone undertone. The first of these Piuze village wines to really wow me- I think I was drinking them far too soon.
