Friday, August 3, 2018 - This is when Viognier shows true body and the desired brightness. Long and enticing, the finish is quite impressive. Canned pear, chive, ramen noodles and marble...with a fine grassy note. This reminds me of Tchaikovsky’s Fifth in manner and flow. Drink 2019 - 2029.
