Sunday, April 9, 2023 - 50cl chilled down bottle. Absolutely gorgeous wine now. It has matured wonderfully. Delicious mature citrus fruits with refreshing acidity. I think I probably last tried a bottle 7-8 years ago and it wasn’t anywhere near as good.
