Friday, September 22, 2023 - Informal notes from phone, tasted at winery as part of tour -

Nose - blackberry, loam, graphite
Palate - dark berry, slight damp earth, green pepper, definite Cab Franc influence but very well done, really nice complexity and full mouth feel
Other - supple tannin, medium acid, very well balanced, long dark berry finish, very good, went into this thinking the reviews probably had some hype influence but was really impressed
