Sunday, May 25, 2008 - Incredible nose of honey, gets you to anticipate a sweet wine. The palate then astounds with bone dry lanolin, dried honey, lemon, acidity, and minerals, minerals, minerals. Balance impeccable. We all wondered how many years this wine could continue to mature and improve-- consensus was 20+ years.
