Wednesday, May 3, 2023 - Purchased 2012 and cellared since. Root day - Pale gold in the glass. Virtually no mousse. Nose is baked pear, bread, sea air and mature apple. On the palate it SINGS! There is an exceptional mount of minuscule bubble that explode in your mouth carrying flavours of apple, pear, citrus, mineral and salinity. It’s stunning! The finish shows a soft chalkiness with citrus and mineral. Absolutely beautiful.
