Friday, August 17, 2018 - A mature but still muscular Burg. There are whiffs of meat, pine needles, earth, coffee and leather. It is sweet and vinous in the mouth with a nice lacy feel against the gums. There's still structure on the back-end and it finishes very savoury with the taste of root vegetables and smoked meats.
