Saturday, November 2, 2019 - Drank well over two nights, but this needs more time to settle in. It can be a touch harsh on the back end on the back of the throat sometimes and is very floral with ripe orchard fruits dominating. I think there's going to be more bubble up as this comes together. Probably best to wait at least a couple more years.
