Friday, January 13, 2023 - Opened an hour in the bottle, served at 11 degrees Celsius with a cured ham/pesto sald and a cheese platter . Golden honey hue. Nose : Pineapple, lighter fluid / petroleum , and a very convincing clementine / orange scent. Sweet, rich and mature in the mouth. Medium acid. Cooked / pickled fruits , apricot , plum stone, cloudberry. Tending towards a dessert wine, but worked well with the savoury salad and cheese, especially the mushroom brie !:) Will buy again!
