Monday, December 19, 2022 - Opened up quite nicely after coming up directly from a cold cellar. Beautiful aromatics that kept getting better and better as the wine opened up. Showing ripe pear, lemon, and beachball notes. Full bodied mouthfeel, with good acidity. Unclear whether this will improve with further bottle age. Will try another in 6 months or so.
