Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Wine was still firing on most cylinders even though its at end of life. I expected the fruit to turn halfway through but it held its own throughout the bottle. Obviously any tannic structure is long gone, but the underlying red fruit with a note of raisin(older wine) was very prominent and potent. Enjoyed it immensely as it drank very smoothly. Was prob like a 95 pt wine in the day.
