Saturday, March 27, 2021 - Plum, blackberry, white pepper, cigar box, vanilla, charcoal. Medium-full body. Medium-plus, velvety tannins. Medium acidity. Medium-long finish. Ready now, but maybe another 1-2 years to peak and it should drink well ~5 more years.
