Saturday, September 15, 2007 - Drunk twice in recent nights at Chez Patrick Sun Street in Hong Kong. The first time was drunk with a cigar outside on the terrace and scored higher but I didn't make any detailed notes. Tonight drunk with cheese after dinner preceded by a Musar '77 it lost some of its lustre. Ripe black cherries on the nose. Red and rather strong cherries on the palate without much dimension. Too tart to really enjoy, even with strong cheese. Probably unfairly overshadowed by the preceding wine.
