Saturday, March 23, 2024 - Dark with wild berries in a beautifully weighted and elegant Pinot. This was fairly shy to start, but with a couple hours of air really shone. There was an absolutely beautiful floral and candied fruit note on the nose on the last glass that made me wish for more.
