Sunday, February 4, 2024 - Prior bottle was a year ago and this wine continues to show quite well. Apple and peach on the nose, along with apricot and pineapple, all with an undercurrent of lemon. Medium bodied with a very similar fruit profile to my prior bottle: white apple, white peach apricot and pineapple. Mid-body has opened up quite well with both additional expression and additional complexity. Acidity and tart, white orchard fruits along with just a touch of tangerine and lemon provide good structure and contrast to work with the fruit. Overall, continues the trend from my last bottle of overall positive evolution and should show well over the next several years.
